We can search for the highest value in a row or column while applying one condition or a set of conditions using the MAXIFS function.

How it works:

• First, select the range that contains the values from which you want to return the maximum number.
• Then, specify the range on which the condition(s) will be applied.
• Finally, enter the desired criteria or condition.

Example:

• Find the highest sales value for the employeeWaseem.
• Find the highest sales value in Dubai or Damascus
