هذا البرنامج مصمم لمتابعة الشيكات والتي تحمل تواريخ مؤجلة

والتي لم يتم تحصيلها بعد
من خلال هذا البرنامج لن تكون بحاجة لحساب تواريخ الإستحقاق (التحصيل) بشكل دوري من خلال مراجعة تاريخ الشيك في كل مرة
..كل ما عليك فعله هو إدخال رقم الشيك وتاريخه والمبلغ.. وسيقوم البرنامج (في كل مرة يتم فيها استخدام البرنامج) بحساب الفترة المتبقية للتحصيل لجميع الشيكات بشكل تلقائي (5 يوم – 27 يوم ….) .. وستظهر رسائل تنبيه بجانب الشيك الذي اقترب موعد تحصيله (يومان أو أقل) حيث تظهر عبارة
“To be collected”
وتم تزويد البرنامج بجدول يقوم بترتيب الشيكات التي سيتم تحصيلها قبل البقية , بحيث يظهر الشيكات العشرة الأوائل مرتبة بحسب فترة التحصيل (الأقرب فالأبعد).

Follow up your cheques collection
This follow-up sheet allows you to track the collection dates of your cheques with ease. Simply enter the cheque number, amount, and collection date.
Each time you open the program, it will automatically calculate and display the number of days remaining until collection for each outstanding cheque.
In the Action field, a reminder will appear when a cheque is due for collection—specifically when 2 days or fewer remain. The message “To be collected” will be shown automatically.
Additionally, the table will automatically highlight the first ten cheques, sorted by the earliest collection date, making it easy to prioritize upcoming collections.
